Terms of the house
A considered circle works when its terms are understood. These are the promises we ask each member to keep, and the promises the house makes in return.
These terms are an agreement with Wendeco Norden AB, org.nr 556779-0919, a Swedish company operating as Angelique Odessa. They govern the Angelique Dating iOS application and this website.
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the application download itself. Where these terms are more specific about the Angelique service, these terms apply.
You must be at least 18, hold one account and use your own identity. Angelique is for people seeking a genuine relationship with serious intentions.
Angelique is not a marketplace, an escort service or a commercial-introduction service. It may not be used for commercial solicitation of any kind.
You sign in with Apple or a one-time email code. You are responsible for access to your email account and device. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.
The house may require identity verification before your profile appears or while you use the service.
Every profile is reviewed by a person before debut. A profile may be approved, returned with notes or declined at the house's discretion.
The posed verification photograph is deleted at the moment a decision is made. Only the outcome is kept. Approval is never sold, and membership never affects it.
Men may purchase an auto-renewable subscription through Apple. Prices are shown in the application before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the application does not cancel a subscription.
Restore Purchases is available in the application. Insider and Ultimate are reserved for verified, qualified profiles. If a tier's qualification lapses, its benefits step down while the subscription is honoured.
Conversations are always free and unlimited once open, for everyone. Angelique is free for women in its entirety. No feature is sold to women.
Purchases are made through Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple under its terms at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You keep ownership of your photographs, videos, prompts, notes and messages. You grant us a limited, revocable licence to host and display that content only as needed to operate the service. This includes showing your profile to appropriate members and delivering notes and conversations.
There are no public feeds. Your content is not used for advertising. You must have the right to everything you upload.
You may not:
The house may remove content, suspend an account or close it for a breach, with or without notice. We will preserve and share information with authorities where the law requires.
We review profiles and verify identity, but we do not conduct criminal background checks. We cannot vouch for any member.
You remain responsible for your interactions. Read the Safety Centre, meet in public places and trust your judgement. There is no need to rush; report and block are always within reach in the application.
You may leave at any time through Settings → Danger Zone. The house may suspend or terminate an account for a breach, a risk to members or withdrawal of the service.
Refunds for an Apple subscription remain a matter for Apple.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee a particular introduction, conversation or relationship outcome.
Our liability is limited to the extent mandatory law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Swedish law governs these terms. Disputes are heard by Swedish courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
We will post changes here with a new effective date. Continued use after revised terms take effect means that you accept them.
